Mentoring covenant

Every member agrees to these commitments at signup. Coordinators may ask about them during orientation.

• I will treat this as a mentoring relationship focused on spiritual growth and practical life wisdom, with healthy boundaries.
• I am 18 years of age or older.
• I will keep conversations confidential, except where someone's safety is at risk.
• I will meet in public, group, or video settings whenever possible and honor stated boundaries.
• I understand mentoring is not professional counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advising, or emergency support.
• I will speak with respect and encouragement, and I will not pressure anyone toward a decision, a donation, or a doctrine.
• I will report any concern to my program coordinator promptly.
